RETURN POLICY
DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, PLEASE READ DAMAGE CLAIMS FIRST.
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.
If a customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damage Claims
Inspect your merchandise upon arrival, damage claims will not be honored if reported past 30 days of delivery. If you receive damaged merchandise please contact us by email at customerservice@freespirithomedecor.com and include the product SKU number, quantity and defect. Please note that damage claims must be submitted all at once. We will not reship or refund more than once per invoice. Do not discard any packaging or paperwork. Do not return the items yourself and incur return shipping costs. Please note this process takes approximately two weeks.
Heavenly Work Company reserves the right to make the final determination as to whether the specific warranty is applicable to the returned item. Heavenly Work Company retains the right to use its discretion as to whether the product under warranty will be repaired or replaced.
